SOLARTEX GLOBAL COMPANY LTD invites sealed bids from qualified suppliers for the supply, delivery, and installation of split and inverter air conditioning units. The equipment will be deployed across residential, commercial, and institutional sites requiring reliable climate control. Suppliers must demonstrate experience with both supply and professional installation.

Scope of Supply

• Split-type air conditioners: 1.0 HP, 1.5 HP, 2.0 HP, and 3.0 HP capacities
• Inverter and non-inverter compressor options
• Indoor and outdoor unit sets with standard mounting brackets
• Refrigerant piping, insulation, and electrical wiring accessories
• Wall-mounted, ceiling cassette, and floor-standing configurations
• Installation, commissioning, and gas charging included in scope
• Remote control units and basic operator training

Technical Specifications

• Energy Efficiency Ratio (EER): minimum 3.2 (non-inverter), SEER 18+ (inverter)
• Refrigerant type: R32 or R410A (ozone-friendly)
• Noise level: ≤42 dB(A) indoor unit at low fan speed
• Operating temperature range: -5°C to 50°C ambient
• Compliance with ISO 5151 and applicable KEBS standards
• Warranty: minimum 2 years on compressor, 1 year on parts and labour

Eligibility Criteria

• Certificate of Incorporation / Business Registration
• Valid Tax Compliance Certificate (KRA)
• Minimum 3 years' experience in HVAC supply and installation
• Manufacturer authorisation letter (for distributors)
• Audited financial statements for the last 2 financial years
• Proof of at least two completed installation projects
• Certified technicians on staff (F-gas handling certification preferred)
