SOLARTEX GLOBAL COMPANY LTD invites sealed bids from qualified suppliers for the supply of lithium-ion battery energy storage systems. The equipment will support residential backup power, commercial load shifting, and hybrid solar installations requiring reliable energy storage with battery management and monitoring capability.

Scope of Supply

• Lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO4) battery banks: 5 kWh to 50 kWh
• Hybrid inverters compatible with grid-tie and off-grid operation
• Battery Management Systems (BMS) with cell balancing
• Wall-mounted and stackable rack-mount battery enclosures
• Remote monitoring units and mobile app connectivity
• DC and AC protection devices, combiner boxes, and cabling
• Installation, commissioning, and system configuration support

Technical Specifications

• Battery chemistry: LiFePO4, cycle life ≥6,000 cycles at 80% DoD
• Round-trip efficiency: ≥95%
• Operating temperature range: -10°C to 50°C
• Communication protocols: CAN bus, RS485, or Modbus for BMS integration
• Compliance with IEC 62619 and UN38.3 transport safety standard
• Warranty: minimum 10 years or 6,000 cycles, whichever comes first

Eligibility Criteria

• Certificate of Incorporation / Business Registration
• Valid Tax Compliance Certificate (KRA)
• Energy Regulatory Commission (ERC) licence or exemption letter
• Minimum 3 years' experience in battery storage or solar hybrid systems
• Manufacturer authorisation (Tier 1 OEM appointment letter)
• Audited financial statements for the last 2 financial years
• Proof of at least two completed energy storage installations
